Can you choose your roommate at UTD?
Roommate Assignments
Every effort is made to place students who mutually request each other in the same suite. Applicants will be given priority based on availability and according to the date and time the completed application and fees are submitted (prior to April 15).
Does UNH have co ed dorms?
Co-ed living options are available at Woodside, The Gables, and Mills Hall. Handler Hall and Peterson Hall offers co-ed options in the large suites (6+ persons).
Can you request a roommate at U of T?
Students get an opportunity to request specific housemates before the room assignment process takes place. This is an optional step in the application process. All housemate requests are submitted in the StarRez Portal for the session you are applying for.
Can you switch dorms at UNH?
If you are hoping to move to a different space within the residence halls for the spring semester, there will be a room change request process that will take place in November. Room change applications will be available in your housing portal with strict submission deadlines.
Is Northside only for UTD students?
Northside is an exclusive off-campus student apartment community specifically designed for students attending University of Texas Dallas.
Does Utd allow pets in dorms?
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the residence hall or apartment. Dogs and cats must never be allowed to run freely. Dogs and cats must possess friendly and sociable characteristics.
Is UNH a party school?
UNH is said to be a big party school.
Can freshmen have cars at UNH?
Campus residents may hold EITHER a car permit or a motorcycle/moped permit, but not both. Freshman campus residents are not ordinarily eligible to hold a Resident or Resident West permit.
Does UNH have communal bathrooms?
This depends on which dorm you’re in. Most traditional dorms have communal bathrooms (women, men and general neutral), but if you live in one of the suite or apartment-style dorms, you will share a bathroom with only your roommates.
How do I change roommates?
Request an immediate room change if:
- You feel unsafe or in danger.
- You are not comfortable with any illegal activities that your roommate engages in, especially if they happen in your room.
- You are being bullied, abused, or harassed in any way by your roommate.
- You need privacy as you transition your gender or sex.
Is residence at Western first come first serve?
About the offer details. Top building guarantee is on a first-come first served basis. You will need to rank your top building choices. The top building choice will be guaranteed but on a first-come first-served basis.
Is Western residence a lottery?
Students who have received the Western Scholarship of Excellence are placed in one of their top three choices of residence building. However, double or single room assignments are dependent on the random draw.
Where do Freshman live at UNH?

First year students live all over campus! Our halls offer a wide arrange of accommodations with over 24 residence halls. We have four halls that exclusively house first year students: Alexander, Lord, Christensen, and Williamson.
Are freshmen required to live on campus at UNH?
