Can freshman park on campus at App State?

How do I get a parking permit at App State?
Log into AppalNet and use the Student tab to access the Parking Registration System. Click on Order Permits from the menu at the bottom of the page. Agree to the Terms of Service (PDF). Select permit.
When can you park on App State campus?
During normal business hours, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., most visitors to the campus are required to park in the Rivers Street Parking Deck. The facility is located on Rivers Street between Katherine Harper Hall and Garwood Hall. Look for the pedestrian bridge over the street, as it is a part of the parking deck.
