Overall, I am very happy that I am attending Drexel University. Drexel is based on a quarter system, where classes run on a ten-week period. The fast pace of classes forces students to work very hard, and as a result, they take their coursework seriously and retain what they learn.
Is Drexel a fun school?
Drexel students have a lot of fun but the 10-week quarters and Co-op cycles are rigorous. I wouldn’t recommend Drexel to someone who doesn’t like the city. It is located in West Philadelphia. It isn’t dangerous but it isn’t rural Kansas either.

Overall, I would recommend it highly to anyone. Academics at Drexel are pretty tough, at least in my experience they have been. I am a Design & Merchandising major, and for anyone who is looking to major with something in the Westphal college you have a lot of projects headed your way.
