The College Board’s Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC), is a secure platform that collects documents from prospective and incoming financial aid applicants on behalf of Northeastern University’s Office of Student Financial Services.
Do all colleges use IDOC?
Many colleges and universities use IDOC within their financial aid process, though only those schools that have made IDOC requests will receive a family’s submitted documents.
Does Northwestern require IDOC?
Current Northwestern students applying for financial aid should submit all documents (ex. W-2 forms and special circumstance documentation) directly to the Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid rather than utilizing the College Board’s IDOC service.
Which schools use IDOC?
Schools that use IDOC will say so on their admissions website; as will the CSS Profile, many Ivy Leagues and other top schools require use IDOC. For example, Yale, Harvard, Dartmouth, CalTech, MIT, and Stanford all use both of these forms. College Board provides a full list of schools that use the CSS Profile or IDOC.
Does Northeastern do CSS Profile?

Does Cornell use IDOC?

Does Northwestern require CSS Profile?

Does UChicago use IDOC?

Does USC use IDOC?
USC does not participate in the CSS IDOC program. Complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA Application online. The FAFSA determines your eligibility for the low-interest Direct Loan as well as federal and state grants.
Does Tufts use IDOC?
All undergraduates, except for REAL students, will submit taxes via IDOC (please see below). REAL students will not use IDOC and will submit taxes directly to Tufts. Emailed forms and taxes will not be accepted. You and your parents will also need to submit business/corporate/partnership tax returns when applicable.
Does NYU use IDoc?
NYU only has access to the IDOC platform for the students who have been selected for CSS Profile verification.
Does Cornell use CSS?
All other applicants should complete the 2021-22 CSS Profile. The 2021-22 CSS Profile will be available beginning on October 1, 2020. This online application, along with your FAFSA information, will help determine your eligibility for Cornell student aid funds.
Does Brown use IDoc?
College Board’s Institutional Documents Service (IDOC)
Brown does not require an IDOC packet from every family. If you do not receive a request from IDOC, that means the Office of Financial Aid has enough information to provide an estimated financial aid award at the time of admission.
Does Northeastern require both CSS FAFSA?

Does Dartmouth require CSS Profile?
All Application Materials are due April 1.
The CSS Profile is required only for first-time aid applicants, and is not required in subsequent years.
Is Northwestern generous with financial aid?
It’s important to realize that this merit aid is generally a nominal amount at Northwestern, with the average student without financial aid receiving just $536. Of the more than 1000 schools we analyzed for this series, Northwestern ranks 824 for merit aid generosity.
Does Upenn require CSS?
