The Michigan Competitive Scholarship (MCS) provides renewable scholarships for undergraduate students attending eligible Michigan postsecondary institutions. Awards are based on both academic merit and financial need. To apply for MCS, a student must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
