Does UC dorms have AC?
Segundo and Tercero buildings are attached to the campus’ centralized heating and cooling facility, which runs either a heating system or cooling system at any given time, but never both simultaneously. Therefore, residents have some but not full control over their heating and air conditioning.
Do ECU dorms have cable?

The connections provide unlimited access to ECU’s e-mail and PiratePort systems, and the internet. There is one Ethernet port minimum (activated) in each room except Greene Hall. Students will need to provide their own Ethernet cable if they plan to use the wired connection.
Does ECU have suite style dorms?
Located on College Hill adjacent to Todd Dining Hall, College Hill Suites offers returning and transfer students suite-style community accommodations. Suites include one bathroom per two beds, as well as a full size refrigerator and microwave in a kitchenette setup.

Can freshmen have cars at ECU?
Student permits are purchased according to availability, living arrangements, and credit hours (resident students). All student permits are valid according to the academic year August 1 to July 31 of the following year. These permits are not automatically renewed and must be purchased prior to parking on campus.

The microwave may not exceed 600 watts. Within the suites of these halls, one small refrigerator per bedroom is permitted, regardless of how many residents are assigned to that bedroom. Any additional refrigerator may not exceed 4.0 cubic feet.
