Does WES send report by email?
WES sends electronic reports to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and to AccessWES members. Electronic reports are delivered instantaneously, but the institutional recipients may not review them as soon as they receive them.

Can I send my transcripts directly to WES?
Document Requirements
WES accepts both consolidated transcripts and yearly mark sheets, provided they are issued by degree-granting institutions and sent in a sealed envelope. Institutions can also send documents electronically once they have established a digital partnership with WES.
How do I send electronic transcripts?
The 3 simple ways to share your electronic transcripts or documents:

- The most common way of sharing electronic documents. The academic institution issuing your Transcript usually have a system of their own.
How do I know if WES received my documents?
- Just login to WES website and check the status.
- If status shows document received, then everything is fine, WES will deliver it back to you in 20–25 working days.
- If status is showing pending, then you have call WES and check the issue and go to university and do the needful.
How do I send my transcript to WES online?
Log in to your account associated with the online platform. Select WES as the recipient of your electronic documents. If you cannot choose us as your recipient, you can send the documents to the email address listed on our Required Documents page.
How many days WES evaluation takes?
How long does it take to obtain a WES evaluation? WES can complete your evaluation in 7 business days or less, depending on the type of service that you request. However, if additional research, correspondence or verification is required, the evaluation will take longer.
Can I send documents myself to WES?
Do I need to send my passport, birth certificates, or other official documents? No, WES only needs the documents listed on our Required Documents page. If our evaluators determine that they need additional documentation, they will request it directly.
Is WES required for Canada PR?
Is WES mandatory for a Canada PR? Yes, WES is mandatory for a Canadian PR via Express Entry. However, candidates who select the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Canadian Experience Class Program (CEC) are exempt from this requirement.
How many transcripts do I need for Canada?
Only one transcript for each degree and diploma is required to be sent for ECA from WES (Can’t say for others). As for school certificates, they are not required. However to be on safer side, you can get photocopies of HSC & SSC certificates and marksheets attested from nearest notary.
Can official transcripts be emailed?

This can be sent directly via email or through an online transcript verification service such as Parchment, Credentials Solutions or The National Student Clearinghouse.
How do I send official transcripts to Canadian universities?
Contact the home-school directly and have them mail your official transcript to ontariocolleges.ca. Your transcript must be received in a sealed envelope from the home-school to be considered official.
How do you send transcripts to universities?
The hard-copy transcripts should be sealed in an envelope and the flap of the envelope should be closed with the seal or stamp of the college or university before they are sent to the US institution.
How long is WES valid for?
five years
Your WES ECA is valid for five years from the date of issue, and you can continue using your ECA when you submit a new Express Entry profile.
How long does WES wait for documents?
Documents received in our WES U.S. office are being processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I see my WES report online?
Completed WES Evaluation Reports can be accessed through AccessWES, our secure online delivery system, or they can be mailed to you.
Is WES fee refundable?
All recipients indicated on the application form and other appropriate authorities will be notified. The application fee will not be refunded.
What is WES Canada fee?
The fee to be paid for evaluation is CAD 335.00 plus postage to be borne by the authorities submitting your document and transcript to WES.
How does WES calculate GPA?
Grade Point Average (GPA) is determined by multiplying the credits per course by the quality points for the grade for that course, repeating this procedure for each course, totaling the credit hour quality points thus obtained, and dividing by the total number of credits.
