Can you eat at UCSB dining halls without a meal plan?
Dining services are part of Housing and Residential Services at UCSB. Four dining commons are available to students: Carrillo, Ortega, De La Guerra, and Portola at UCSB’s Storke Campus. If your student lives in a residence hall, he or she is required to sign up for a meal plan.
