Does Michigan need official ACT scores?
Each school has different requirements for standardized testing. Most schools require the SAT or ACT, and many also require SAT subject tests. You must take either the SAT or ACT to submit an application to University of Michigan.
Does University of Michigan take self reported scores?

Can I get into UMich with a 3.8 GPA?
The average high school GPA for admitted students at UMich is 3.86 on a 4.0 scale. (You can calculate your high school a GPA here.) This is a very competitive GPA, and UMich is clearly accepting students at the top of their high school class.
Does Michigan accept Superscore ACT?

Does UMich meet full need?
The university meets the full financial need of all Michigan resident undergraduates who apply by priority aid application deadlines and accept all aid offered. Prospective first-year students begin the financial aid application process in the fall of their senior year in high school.
Does Early Action increase chances?

Generally speaking, early action programs do not significantly increase your child’s odds of getting into colleges, especially at highly selective schools. They simply allow your child to find out sooner whether or not they’ve gotten in.
Does UVA require official test scores?

Does Michigan care about demonstrated interest?
If you can’t visit, but love Michigan, you should still apply. When schools say that demonstrated interest is not a factor, it means that more students will apply. By discounting it entirely, it’s safe to say that application numbers will continue to increase.
Does UMich recalculate GPA?
We do not use a weighted GPA scale in our evaluation process. We will convert all first-year applicants’ GPA to an unweighted 4.0 scale using all classes in 9th through 11th grades, and we use only the absolute value of the grade in the recalculation process (A+ or A or A- = 4.0).

Half of the admitted students have SAT scores from 1370 to 1530. Top 25% of admitted students has SAT score higher than 1530. Bottom 25% of admitted students has SAT score lower than 1370. You need to have at least 1370 as your SAT score to get into University Of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
