  1. Enter your grades exactly as they appear on your high school transcript or your score report.
  2. Enter your final grades for all courses completed in grades 9 through 11.

  1. Log in to your SRAR account.
  2. On the homepage, scroll down to add a participating college or university to your My Colleges and Universities list by selecting the school from the Select School dropdown.
  3. Click Connect.

Why do colleges ask you to self report grades?

Some colleges and universities, particularly large state universities, seek self-reported transcripts so that certain admission decisions may be made more efficiently. Self-reported transcripts allow these institutions to more quickly sort and review applications during their review process.

Allow 3-5 business days for the university to acknowledge your SRAR was received and for your “Sent Status” to update. If it has been more than five days, please get in touch with Student Support.

Can you edit Srar after submitting?

Can I make changes once I submitted it? No, you cannot go back and edit SRAR. If you have corrections or your schedule changes, contact the Office of Admissions using the ‘Contact Us’ – ‘Ask a Question’ feature in AIS, use subject code SRAR letting us know what changes are needed.
