How long do I have to accept my offer UCAS?
You have 14 days – starting on the date the automatic decline was recorded – in which the automatic decline can be swapped.
Can you decline after accepting uni offer?
You need to wait for that uni or college to either accept you in Clearing (Clearing Accept), so you can then decline this offer, or they can make you unsuccessful — and you can then use Clearing again.
