What is the difference between AAU and USATF?
With the USATF meets only the top 5 from each region qualify, so that keeps the entries much more reasonable. The AAU meets is where you have the 100+ qualifiers. It doesn’t help when they have multiple paths to qualify (i.e. state, regional and Disney meets).
