You will need to pay a fee to file the CSS Profile unless you qualify for a fee waiver. Fee waivers are determined by the College Board, not Tufts. For first-time applicants both the custodial and noncustodial parent are required to submit a CSS Profile.

Does Tufts require CSS Profile for international students?

Does Tufts give CSS fee waiver?
Tufts University does not have a CSS fee waiver. It is our understanding that for high school students residing in the United States or U.S. territories, the waiver is automatically granted when you complete the form and meet their income eligibility requirements. How do I send my transcripts to Tufts?
You are responsible for submitting your transcript to CAS. Tufts will not automatically send in your transcript for you. In order to submit your transcript, you will need to print the “Transcript Request Form” from your Credential Assembly Service account and bring it to the Student Services desk in person.
