How can I get into PSU after 12th?
Through Gate Exam:
PSU Recruitment is done though Gate Score. Candidates are shortlisted & then the process is followed by GD and PI. GATE score is valid for three years. Candidates who have qualifying marks in GATE, they can apply online on the respective PSU website.
Does 12th marks matter in PSU?

Is GATE tougher than Jee?

What are PSU exams?
The PSU exam can usually be broken down into two sections: technical and non-technical. The technical section concentrates on the subject specialisation of the related stream, while the non-technical part includes General Awareness, Reasoning and Aptitude, Current Affairs and English Reasoning.
